Urban Alliance brings a system that works to a community who is failed by systems. Its goal is to grow relationships within the community and change the views of how others see each other towards a more positive, loving light. With the Momentum program, Urban Alliance and its partnered employers strive to give people in need the chance to succeed and thrive in the workplace and in the community.
